The notification system
In the TPE menu you will now find red notifications that shows the unread comments for a file or portfolio document.
By clicking on the red notification in the menu you will directly go to the item selected to see the unread items.
The players will also see the files that aren’t viewed.
While you are online you will also get live notification’s that show you what is going on in your team.
If you decide not to show these notifications you can turn them off under preferences in your TPE account.
Other updates
- Folder structure under Portfolio Documents
- New question type under My Questionlists to create customisable equations which will enable members to input values in their answer to calculate your desired results.
Today we updated My Analyses with the following features:
- Use folders for your analysis
- Search in your analysis
- Set the security settings for export and printing
- Drawing using the draw toolbar
- Copy page from an other analyses (or page) to the new analysis page
- Link video files with your analyses
- Link training preparations with an calendar item
With this update we introduce "My Dashboard. This feature is only available for coaches and digital managers.
Coaches can now keep track of their team's information using My Dashboard. This new function can be used to show the information you're interested in all on one page. Your dashboard page will be set up with 8 default dashboard items, along with the functionality to edit and add more items to match your specific requirements. (You can see how to use My Dashboard in the upcoming tutorial video.)
For Digital Managers, the dashboard will start as an empty page. Please use the "add" option to create your personal dashboard. You can use the extra tab "Digital Manager" that holds templates for the digital manager.

Welcome to this new version of Team Performance Exchange Version 5.7.2. In this new version you will find these features:
- "My Portfolio" / "My Questionlists" It's now possible to link the answer of a questionlist to a Portfolio value.
- "My Questionlists" It's possible to answer a question with a date.
- "My Questionlists" It's now possible to copy a category including it's colors.
- "My Groups" It's possible to create dynamic groups to sort members by age or gender.
We have also fixed these bugs:
- Some small fixes made in the agenda.
- Exporting open questions works as expected. We do recommend using Excel instead of Numbers!
- "My Files" You can now drag and drop files to folders on the iPad.
- Some other small fixes!
Welcome to this new version of Team Performance Exchange Version 5.7.1. In this new version you will find these features:
- "My Preferences" With this new option you can select what menu items are displayed (in the menu bar). Or you can turn the update messages on or off. Simple click on the 
icon next to your user name.
- "My Analysis" Can now hold templates for match analysis. You can now select one template designed by Vera Pauw for Soccer.
- "My Analysis" can now hold the information on substitutions and goals for a match analysis.
- "My Portfolio" portfolio templates for users now allow you as member of the staff to create templates specially for your users that they can use to create new portfolio documents.
- "My Questionlists" as a member of the staff you can now fill in a questionlist about an other user.
- "My Messages" as a digital manager you can now send messages to all the members of your club. Everybody can also send messages to the digital manager now.
- "My Files" My Video's/My Files is now officially renamed to My Files!
- "My Files" as a digital manager you can now copy a document to multiple teams at once.
